Right to Deletion

Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:

  • Direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records.

We may store your data on servers provided by third party hosting vendors (Squarespace, Mail Chimp, Clio law firm software, G-Suite Email, Calendar, Google, Google Drive, Zoom videoconferencing, Docusign e-signing platform, LawPay payment processing system, and others) with whom we have contracted. Any personal information entered into external data storage sites is subject to their privacy policies.

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time.
